One is instantly struck by the attention paid to fine detailing and craftsmanship in this four-level house in Gurgaon designed by Amrita Guha and Joya Nandurdikar of Untitled Design. The free flow of spaces, close attention to detail, exquisite craftsmanship in the design of seemingly usual objects and the use of luxurious materials, all add to the opulence factor. An organic herb garden and a number of varied plants become refreshing elements in the open spaces. The clients appreciate art, hence it was natural that the house would have unique art pieces in the way of paintings and sculptures; these were sourced by them from upcoming artists. All the furniture was made in-house and under the designers’ supervision.
